Velto Voices ("Velto Voices", "we", "us") runs the website veltovoices.com, which turns text into AI voiceovers. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Account details: username, email address, mobile number and your password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form).
Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google confirms your email address and gives us a Google account ID, which we store to sign you in. Google also shares your name and profile picture; we do not keep them. We never receive your Google password.
Your content: the scripts you type, the audio we generate for you, voice samples you upload, and the descriptions you write when you design a voice.
Payment records: the plan you bought, the amount, the date and a receipt number. Payments are made by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa outside our website; we do not collect or store card numbers or bank login details.
Usage records: your plan, credit balance, credits added and used, and your generation history.
Technical data: your IP address is used to protect the site, for example to limit sign-in attempts, new accounts and the free tries on the front page. It is not added to your account. While a page is open, it sends a random visit ID and the name of the page you are on, so we can see how busy the site is. Together with your device type and country (worked out from your browser and by Cloudflare), this is held only in memory and is gone about a minute after you leave.
Front-page tries: the line you type in the free "hear it" box is read out and the clip is kept for 30 minutes so you can play it. We count tries per IP address for the day; that count is removed the next day.

How we use it

To create and run your account and to generate your audio.
To send service emails: confirming your email, password resets, payment receipts, plan and credit reminders, and "your audio is ready" notices for longer generations.
To handle plans and payments, and to prevent fraud, spam and abuse (one account per mobile number).
To measure our advertising, only as described under Advertising below.

Your scripts, audio and voice samples are processed on Velto Voices' own servers. They are not sent to outside AI companies, and they are never used for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

Sign-in cookie (velto, 30 days): keeps you logged in. The site does not work without it. A short-lived cookie (10 minutes) protects the Google sign-in step.
Referral cookie (60 days): if you arrive through a partner's link, we remember that partner so they are credited if you sign up and buy a plan.
Security cookies: Cloudflare may set cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks, including the "I am not a robot" check.
Advertising cookies: set by the Meta Pixel (see below). Visitors from the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first and the pixel only loads if they accept; a small cookie (velto_cr) remembers that the question applies to you.
Browser storage: your browser keeps a few settings for you, such as light or dark mode, the voice, model and settings you last used, panel sizes, tips you closed and your cookie choice. They stay on your device.

You can change your advertising cookie choice at any time: . You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising (Meta)

We run advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. To measure how well these ads work, our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms. It tells Meta when someone who saw an ad visits our site, tries a voice on the front page, creates an account, views the Packages page, picks a plan, taps the button to send a payment receipt, or contacts support. Meta may use cookies and similar technology in your browser for this, and may connect it with your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's Privacy Policy.

We never send Meta your scripts, your audio, your voice samples or your password. You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run Velto Voices:

Cloudflare: website network and security, the "I am not a robot" check (Turnstile), and forwarding of emails sent to our support address.
Google: optional sign-in, delivery of our emails (sent through Gmail), and the fonts our pages load (Google Fonts receives your IP address when a page loads them).
Meta: ad measurement through the Meta Pixel, and WhatsApp if you message us there (for example to send a payment receipt).
Partners (promoters): if you signed up through a partner's link or code, that partner sees an anonymous reference, your plan and the amount paid, so their commission can be worked out. They never see your name, email or phone number.
Authorities: only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Generated audio is deleted from our servers after 24 hours. Please download anything you want to keep.
Scripts in your Task History are deleted after 30 days. The record of a generation in progress (its first line and result) is kept for 7 days.
Voice samples you upload but do not save, and designed voices you do not keep, are deleted after a day.
Account details, saved voices and payment records are kept while your account is active.

You can delete a generation from Task History at any time; its audio and script are removed straight away (the credit line stays in Credit Usage). You can remove a saved or cloned voice at any time, and its sample is deleted from the server.

Voice samples

Voice samples you upload are private to your account and are used only to generate audio for you. Only upload a voice you own or have clear permission to use.

Your choices and deleting your account

You can see your account details and payment history on the My Account page. To delete your account and its data, use "Request account deletion" on the My Account page or email [email protected] from your account email address, and we will remove it within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and admin areas are protected. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else.

Children

Velto Voices is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

By creating an account or using veltovoices.com you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person and per mobile number. New accounts confirm their email address before they can generate audio.

Acceptable use

Do not clone or imitate anyone's voice without their permission.
Do not create content that is illegal, hateful, fraudulent, or meant to deceive or impersonate others.
Do not attack, overload or try to get around the site's limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Your content

You own the scripts you write and the audio generated for you. On a paid plan you may use that audio in your own projects, including commercial ones such as monetised YouTube videos, podcasts, courses, ads and client work. The free plan is for trying Velto Voices out and is not cleared for publishing. You are responsible for how you use the audio. Generated audio stays available for 24 hours, so download what you want to keep.

Free plan

A new account gets a one-time amount of free credits, shown on the Packages page.
Free accounts can listen to every voice in the library but can use only the voices marked as free. Voice cloning, voice design and multi-voice scripts are on paid plans.

Plans, credits and payments

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are shown on the Packages page, together with the credits each plan includes.
Plans run for 15 days or for a month. Lite, Pro and Ultra can also be bought for 3 months; the credits are then released one month at a time, not all at once.
Payment is made by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa. After paying, send the receipt with your username on WhatsApp. Your plan is activated once the payment is confirmed, usually the same day, and a receipt is emailed to you.
Credits are charged by the length of your script, and the amount is shown before you generate. You are only charged for audio that is generated successfully. If you cancel a generation that is still waiting, or one that is being generated, it is not charged; in a multi-voice run, tracks that finished before you cancelled are charged.
Unused credits carry over when you renew, up to three times your plan's allowance.
Each plan has a 2-day renewal window after it ends. Renew within that window and your remaining credits are added to the new plan. After the window, unused credits expire.
If you joined through a partner's link or code, extra credits may be added with your first plan, as shown when the plan is activated.

Fair-use limits

One script can be up to 100,000 characters.
An account can have up to 5 generations in progress at the same time; more can be submitted as those finish.
The free "hear it" box on the front page reads a few short lines a day per connection.

Refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes unused credits, partly used plans, and plans that were not used at all.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
If a generation is broken because of a technical fault on our side, contact us with your username and the task details and we will return the credits for that generation to your account.
Please try the free credits and the free voice previews before you buy, to make sure Velto Voices suits your work.

Service availability

We work to keep Velto Voices running, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be slow or unavailable. When many people are generating at once, new generations wait in line and are processed in turn. AI audio may contain mistakes, so please listen to it before publishing.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time from the My Account page. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted.
